I offer a range of programs, retreats, and experiences. From focused 1:1 health coaching through to multi-day golf and wellbeing experiences here in Queenstown and Arrowtown.
Some people come to work deeply on hormones, energy and life balance. Others arrive through golf, whether that’s private coaching, small group immersions, or open women’s golf and health retreats.
There are also private retreats for existing groups who want time on course, meaningful conversation, and space to reset together. However you step in, the thread is the same. Personalised support, steady progress, and small changes that make a real difference.
This is a focused short reset for when you need structure and direction without committing long term.
We begin with a 60 minute deep dive to understand your health history, current challenges and priorities. From there we work together over three weekly sessions to stabilise energy, clarify what matters most, and implement simple changes that fit your life right now.
This is ideal if you feel slightly off track and want momentum again.
What this support includes
This is the core way I work with clients and where meaningful change begins to settle.
Twelve weeks gives us enough time to move beyond surface fixes. We work steadily through your patterns, energy, hormones, stress load and routines. Each week builds on the last, so small shifts compound, and confidence grows.
This program suits women navigating transition, rebuilding after burnout, or wanting steady, intelligent accountability.
What this support includes
This is long term integration for women moving through a significant life or health season.
Six months allows us to work deeply and calmly. We look at the full picture. Hormones, movement, mindset, identity, work, relationships. There is space to adapt when life shifts, rather than starting over each time.
This is for women who want steady support while building something more sustainable.
What this support includes
A high support, personalised 1:1 coaching experience.
We begin with a complimentary 45 minute discovery call to review your health history and goals and decide together if VIP is the right fit. If we move forward, your first paid session is a 60 minute deep dive that builds directly on that conversation.
We then meet weekly for 60 minute sessions, working through your hormonal picture, stress load, movement, pain, nutrition, work and relationships.
Between sessions, you have priority WhatsApp support during business hours, with voice notes welcome, plus messaging access through Practice Better.
Limited early morning or evening appointments are reserved for VIP clients.
What this support includes
This is for women who want focused support without committing to a longer program.
We begin with a 60 minute session to understand what is going on and what feels most important right now. If helpful, we can schedule a small number of follow up sessions over the next few weeks to build momentum.
The focus is small steady steps, and practical actions you can implement. Sometimes that’s all that is needed to shift direction.
For clients in the 12 week or six month programs, additional sessions can be added when they genuinely support your goals.
This might include physio informed movement sessions, exercise guidance, or golf coaching.
These are integrated only when they add real value to the work we are doing together.
When you step away for a few days, something shifts. Without the usual pace and pressure around you, your thinking settles and you begin to notice what has been sitting quietly in the background. You move with a bit more ease, you breathe a little deeper, and there is space to pay attention to things you would normally rush straight past.

This is about playing good golf, feeling comfortable in your body, and enjoying being together.
If you already have a group of women and want time away together, we design the retreat around you.
We spend our days on some of the most beautiful courses in the region, working on range sessions, short game, and on
course confidence. If it suits your group, we weave in gentle workshops around stress, sleep, hormones or the inner game.
You stay somewhere that allows you to properly slow down. Places like Arrowtown Escape, a private lodge in Arrowtown, where the mornings are quiet and the evenings invite long dinners and unhurried conversations.
What this retreat includes
There is time in nature, time to rest, and time to think clearly again.
These are small, hosted retreats you can book into even if you are coming on your own.
We base ourselves in beautiful, grounding spaces such as Arrowtown Escape, where you can wake up in Arrowtown and walk into the day without rushing. From there, we move between golf and reflection.
On the course, we work on confidence, course management and movement aware adjustments. Off the course, we spend time exploring selected themes from my Aligned Living work in a small, relaxed group setting. We might talk about stress and how it shows up in your body, the shifts that come with hormones, how to support your nervous system, or the inner dialogue that shapes your confidence.
The conversations are practical and down to earth, and everything we cover is designed to feel useful in real life, not just while you’re away.
You leave playing better golf, yes. But also feeling more steady and connected.
What this retreat includes
This is focused, individual coaching for women, men, and juniors who want to feel more confident and capable
on the course.
We work on the range, around the greens, and out on the course itself. I look at your swing, but also at how your body moves, how you respond under pressure, and how you speak to yourself when things do not go to plan.
With my background in elite golf and physiotherapy, I pay close attention to what your body is doing. Small adjustments in posture, movement or rhythm can make a significant difference, especially when they are matched to your physical capacity.
Sessions are practical and clear. You leave knowing exactly what to work on and why.
What this coaching includes
Professional development is an extension of my coaching work. The same principles that apply on the course and in health apply in leadership and teams. Awareness, discipline, communication and the ability to stay steady under pressure.
I work with organisations, schools and clubs who want to build stronger individuals and more resilient teams through practical, experience based learning.

This work brings together sport, physiology and lived experience to support leaders, teams and organisations.
My background in elite golf taught me discipline, resilience and how to perform under pressure. My work in physiotherapy and health coaching deepened my understanding of stress, recovery and human capacity.
In professional development settings, I draw on all of this.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person and are tailored to the group. We explore performance, awareness, communication, resilience and how small, consistent adjustments improve outcomes over time.
Golf can be integrated as a practical learning environment,
or the sessions can stand alone.
What this can includes
Wether it is stepping into a health program, refining your golf, or taking time away on retreat, this is an invitation to pause and choose something that supports you properly.
You do not need to have it all figured out. We can start with a conversation and work out what fits your season of life.
Reach out and we will take it from there.

Every fortnight I send something your way.
It might be a simple idea, something I’ve been reflecting on, or a small shift that could make a difference in your day to day. It could also be something I’m exploring myself, whether that’s around health, habits, or how we move through life.
I take the time to think about what I share, so it feels useful, relevant, and worth reading.
If that sounds like something you’d like to receive, you’re very welcome to join.
If you’re unsure where to begin, a simple conversation is often the best place to start.
In a free consult, we talk through where you are now, what you are noticing in your body and performance, and what support could look like moving forward.
