Sport shaped my life from a young age. By my teens I was competing internationally and later became a Junior World Champion and NCAA Champion. From the outside it looked like success. From the inside, it came with pressure and expectation.
Those experiences taught me discipline and resilience, but also how easily we can lose connection with ourselves when performance becomes the only measure.
That understanding now guides my work helping people make sense of what they are experiencing and create change that feels sustainable.

I’m 44. I was born in Germany in 1981 and moved to New Zealand when I was two after my parents fell in love with the country on a holiday. New Zealand has always felt like home, even though life took me elsewhere for many years.
I spent my teenage years and early adulthood overseas. I moved to the United States at 15 for high school and college, then later returned to Germany in my early twenties when my dad became unwell. In 2025, my family and I made the move back to New Zealand and settled in Arrowtown. It feels like a full circle moment.
I’ve been with my husband Tobi for 15 years. We have three children aged 15, 12, and 7. Being a mother is the role I’m most proud of. Our relationship and family life are built on honesty, choice, and acceptance. We believe you choose each other every day, and that way of living shapes how I coach.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me moving. Running, playing tennis, being outdoors, or spending time with family and friends. I come from a big family and those connections matter deeply to me.

When I was coaching golf, it was rarely technical instruction alone that created lasting improvement. Often it was changes in other areas of life that made the biggest difference. Energy, stress, sleep, nutrition, emotions, relationships, and the way someone moved through their day all showed up in their game.
What improved one area often supported another. A small shift in how someone cared for themselves could change how they performed, how they coped with pressure, or how they trusted their body again.
Seeing that pattern repeat is what led me into health coaching. I realised that looking at things in isolation rarely worked. When we look at the whole picture, progress becomes more sustainable and more human.
Golf was the entry point, but the work was always about the person. Health coaching allowed me to support that more fully.

Many of the women I work with are high performers by nature. They are used to functioning at a certain level in sport, work, or life, and feel unsettled when their energy, focus, or confidence no longer matches who they know themselves to be.
I understand that need to feel capable and efficient again, because I have lived it myself.
In my work, performance is about rebuilding from a place of awareness and self acceptance, so strength, and confidence can return in a way that is sustainable.
When the body and nervous system are supported, performance often follows naturally.
In my work, performance is rebuilt through awareness and self acceptance, so strength and confidence can return in a way that lasts.
Awareness is the starting point for everything.
Small steps, taken consistently, create lasting change.
Understanding matters. How you apply it matters more.
I believe people already hold more wisdom than they realise.
My role is to help clients see themselves clearly, trust what they notice, and build momentum in a way that feels sustainable.

Every fortnight I send something your way.
It might be a simple idea, something I’ve been reflecting on, or a small shift that could make a difference in your day to day. It could also be something I’m exploring myself, whether that’s around health, habits, or how we move through life.
I take the time to think about what I share, so it feels useful, relevant, and worth reading.
If that sounds like something you’d like to receive, you’re very welcome to join.
If you’re unsure where to begin, a simple conversation is often the best place to start.
In a free consult, we talk through where you are now, what you are noticing in your body and performance, and what support could look like moving forward.
